In a post on his verified Facebook page, Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain, adviser to the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, today reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring safe and hassle-free travel for holidaymakers ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.
He stated, “The interim government has already held an inter-ministerial meeting to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted travel during Eid.”
Reaffirming the government’s position, Asif stated that, just like during Eid-ul-Fitr, every effort is being made to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of travellers heading home to celebrate Eid.
