The 29th Muscat International Book Fair was held in oman.Several Publishers, Writers and Readers met in this fair. Many History and Culture like the Middle East, Oman, Palestine etc. were presented to people from different countries of people.
A total of 674 publishing houses from 35 countries participated. Displaying over 681,000 titles including more than 52,000 recent publications and 27464 Omani books. The event marked a significant leap from last year’s edition, which saw 394172 visitors and 847 participating publishers.
This year’s guest of honor was North AI Sharqiyah Governorate, which presented a rich program highlighting its culture, artistic and intellectual heritage.
