This year, an initiative has taken for supporting female talent in Athar Saudi Festival of Creativity. According to the CEO of Policis Group KSA, the program has already designed by industrial working women.
He added, creative strategists need to develop through practical experiences and professional growth; many graduates are still facing challenges to transfer their academic knowledge to strategic creative work.
Business lead of MSL KSA, Nadin Al-Alami exampled Saudi Arabia’s vision as growth and innovation from the panel of ‘Owning your voice: Authentic Female Leadership in Saudi Arabia’.
And stated, most workforce is coming from generation Z. This generation recuires a professional trusted and purpose based leadership. In present, employees are expecting something bigger than just their tasks.
Again added, women are valuable contributors in the creative sectors. Now companies are seeking more female talent. According to him women are more privileged in Saudi Arabia and getting many opportunities.
Al-Alami also thinks that women are more capable for creative sectors for their nature.
Hopefully, this initiative will bring a positive change for women in Saudi Arabia.
