Application Process
Intakes:
There are two intakes are available in a year.
- Fall Intake: Main intake, with applications open from November to April. Classes start in September/October.
- Spring Intake: July to September applications with classes starting in February/March.
Students must apply through each university’s website. A pre-enrollment is also required via the Universitaly portal, where you upload documents and wait for your offer letter. Tuition is usually paid in three installments.

Student Visa (Type-D)
International students need a Type-D visa for stays longer than 90 days. In Bangladesh, applications go through VFS Global. Required documents include:
- Visa application form and photos
- Valid passport
- University offer letter and pre-enrollment proof
- Financial proof (bank statements)
- Proof of accommodation
- Health insurance
- Travel booking
Visa processing takes at least 21 working days. Costs include €50 for the visa and about €38 for the VFS service fee.

- Living costs: €800–€1,300/month depending on the city
Scholarships

Part-Time Jobs
