Citric acid: Lemon juice has citric acid that can help bring down high blood pressure. It keeps blood flowing well, stops blood vessels from getting blocked, and lowers the chance of blood clots.

Cancer-Fighting Food: Sweet potatoes are rich in antioxidants and nutrients that may help in lowering the risk of cancer.

Chicken Back Meat: Eating meat from the back of a chicken may increase the chance of stomach cancer.

Fruits Before Meals: For better digestion and nutrient absorption, eat fruits before your main meals rather than after.

Soy Milk: Add soy milk in diet but don’t mix it with eggs or sugar.

Avoid Tomatoes on an Empty Stomach: Eating tomatoes on an empty stomach can cause acidity and discomfort.

Egg Intake in Moderation: Limit your egg consumption to a maximum of four per week to maintain a balanced diet.

Gallbladder Health Tip: Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning, before breakfast. This simple habit can help prevent the formation of gallstones.
